Affiliate Disclosure

Last updated: September 6, 2026

PromptForge is a free site. We keep it free by earning commissions when readers sign up for AI tools we recommend. This page explains exactly how that works, so you can trust our reviews.

What is an affiliate link?

An affiliate link is a URL with a tracking code that tells the destination site we sent you. If you sign up or purchase, the vendor pays us a small commission. It never costs you extra — the price is the same whether you use our link or go to the vendor directly.

Which links on this site are affiliate links?

  • Rytr (rytr.me/?via=moss) — Yes, this is an affiliate link. We earn a commission when readers upgrade to a paid plan.
  • Jasper — Not currently an affiliate. Links to jasper.ai are plain, non-tracking links.
  • Copy.ai — Not currently an affiliate. Links to copy.ai are plain, non-tracking links.
  • Other tools we mention (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) — We are not affiliates. These are informational references.

We disclose affiliate relationships on every page where they appear, in line with FTC guidance.

Our promise

We only recommend tools we've personally used and would recommend to a friend. If a tool we're affiliated with becomes worse or a better competitor emerges, we update the review — even if it costs us commission. Reader trust is worth more than any single payout.

How we choose which tools to review

We test tools before writing about them. Our review process:

  • Sign up for the free tier (or pay for a month of the paid tier)
  • Run the same 5-10 real-world tasks through it (social captions, cold emails, blog outlines, etc.)
  • Compare quality and speed against 2-3 alternatives
  • Write about what we actually experienced — good and bad

We don't accept payment for positive reviews and we don't remove negative reviews for money. We do accept affiliate partnerships with tools that meet our standards.

What if I don't want to use an affiliate link?

You are always free to go directly to any vendor's site by typing their URL in your browser. Our reviews are the same regardless of which link you use.
